Terms of sale
These terms apply to any order placed on pulsio.watch by a consumer. Placing an order means you accept them. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
1. Seller

2. Products
We sell wireless motion sensor LED light bars in three lengths (20, 30 and 50 cm). Their features are described on the product page. Photos are not contractually binding. Offers are valid while stocks last. An order is limited to 3 items.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). The applicable price is the one displayed when you order. Shipping costs are added to the price and shown before you confirm your order:
- France: 3,99 €
- European Union: 8,49 €
- Other countries served (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada…): 8,99 €
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed once full payment has been made online through a secure payment provider. We do not store your card details. A confirmation email is sent to you. We may cancel an order in case of a payment issue, a stock issue or suspected fraud; you are then fully refunded.
5. Shipping
Every parcel is tracked. Estimated delivery times: 5 to 9 business days in France, 12 to 20 business days for the European Union and international destinations. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged on receipt; they are payable by the recipient. In case of delay, after asking us to deliver within a reasonable time, you may cancel the order and be refunded (article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code). Details are on the “Shipping” page.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Contact us with your order number. The product must be returned complete and in good condition within 14 days of your request. Return costs are at your expense, except for a defective, damaged or non-conforming product. The refund, including the original shipping costs (based on standard shipping), is made no later than 14 days after we receive the return, using the same payment method. See the “Returns” page.
7. Legal warranties
All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
8. Liability
We cannot be held liable for misuse of the product, in particular outdoors or in a damp place, or in case of force majeure.
