14-day returns

Your light bar isn't right for you? You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed.

How to return an item

• Contact us at +33 7 66 68 77 11 or by email at manukyan.roman@icloud.com, with your order number.
• We'll send you the steps to follow and the address to return the parcel to.
• Send the light bar back complete, with its cable and plates, in its packaging if possible.

Conditions

The item must come back to us in good condition, clean, with no damage or signs of abnormal wear. Any product returned incomplete or damaged by the customer may lead to a partial refund.

Refund

As soon as we receive and check your return, we refund you, within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method as for the order.

Defective item

If your light bar arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us with a photo: we'll offer a replacement or a refund. It is also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Legal right of withdrawal

This 14-day period corresponds to the right of withdrawal set out in articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
